At Google Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the beauty items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and covered.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, making sure to include any promotional gifts if required.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
